Mad Skills Motocross One Minute Preview

Scott Sheppard says:

Ever since the days of Excitebike on the original NES, I've loved dirt bike games. I think it's entirely nostalgia, because I'm absolutely miserable at them! Mad Skills Motocross is no different either... I turned it on, and was in love immediately. Also true to form, I sucked at it. Watch the 'One Minute Preview' video above to see me making a fool of myself. Anyway, the graphics are really fluid feeling, with the character and bike moving and shifting realistically based on physics. I'm certainly not a graphics snob... I like indies... but those subtle shifts of weight add an amazing amount realism to how the game feels. Also, the levels are all challenging (then again, that could just be me) enough that it takes a few times to beat your opponent. You really start to learn how to race better with the practice. As you continue through the tracks, your bike is upgraded with boosts that shoot you in different directions, which adds one more element of control... or pain. All in all, I absolutely love this game! Watch the videos, download the demo, BUY THE GAME! It's worth it.
