The YAWMA App will allow users to create networks of social discovery that extend 3 levels of relationships. If a User Tom signed up 25 Friends who each signed up 25 Friends and then those users did the same, then Tom’s YAWMA would have 16,275 members. A YAWMA 50x50x50 would have127,550 members. If Tom purchases a song, then the YAWMA App will notify all members of this purchase with a link to the song, utilizing news feeds, a Profile widget and the App canvas itself.
Viral Distribution Business Model
Though there are other social discovery apps out there, what’s unique about YAWMA is combining discovery with distribution through an associated store to provide a compelling new C2C market opportunity for users. Users earn royalties when members of their YAWMA purchase products. In the above example of a YAWMA 25x25x25, assuming Tom and each member of Tom’s YAWMA spent $10 in a given month on downloads, Tom would earn $13,020 in product royalties... for spending only $10 himself!
